Millennium Bridge, Newcastle Upon Tyne

I painted this iconic modern landmark when taking part as a  Plein Air  wildcard in the Sky Landscape Artist of the year.  What drew me to this perspective was the curve of the structure with the supports which dissect the scene that pull the bridge up to allow the Tyne traffic past.
